OUTDOOR: Finished 11th in the 100m hurdles with a time of :14.14 at the Big West Championship...posted a season best time of :14.11 in the 100m hurdles at the Fresno State Invitational...was 18th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:15.71 at the Big West Championship...recorded a season best time of 1:04.06 in the 400m hurdles at the Fresno State Invitational...a member of the 4x400m relay team that won the Big West Championship with a time 3:39.45...registered a season best time of 25.27 in the 200m at the Northridge Invitational.
INDOOR: Placed 17th in the 60m hurdles with a season-best time of :8.83 at the MPSF Championship...finished 39th in the 200m with a time of :26.00 at the MPSF Championship...posted a season best time of :25.92 in the 200m at the Armory Track Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Miami Northwestern High School...placed fourth in the Florida State Championships in the 300m hurdles.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Tawara and Charles Rodgers...a bio chemistry major...favorites include Will Smith, "Power" and Chris Brown...says the best advice she has received is "do not go where the path may lead; go instead where there is no path and leave a trail"...advice to young people "follow your dreams, no matter how unrealistic they may seem."
