Ford attended Helix High School in La Mesa, graduating in 2025 ... took first in the shot put with her toss of 37-6.5 at the CIFSDS Division I Championships ... also finished second in the discus with a mark of 120-1 ... placed third in the CIF section championships in the shot put, throwing at 38-5.5.Â
