ACCORDING TO COACH JASON FLOWERS
- "Overall, I thought our effort was a lot better tonight than it was on Tuesday night. I thought we showed toughness and we competed. But there are two sides to trying and win a basketball game especially against a really good team like Boise State. Effort is the first part with execution being the second. We have to get better (in the execution) part. I thought our kids persevered through several things such as injury, fatigue and foul trouble. We have a week to get better for two really good teams in Omaha and Drake."
UP NEXT
- CSUN continues the season opening road trip at Omaha next Thursday. Tip is set for 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
