ACCORDING TO INTERIM HEAD COACH CARLENE MITCHELL
"Give Dominguez Hills credit, the played hard from start to finish. I liked that we were able to get a lot of bench minutes and we were able to play a lot of people. So that is critical as the season progress. We are a young team that understands at the end of the day we didn't do the little things correctly and we must learn to close games out. Now we get ready for UCLA. They are a super talented squad. The things we didn't do well tonight, we are going to have to focus on or it will be a long night."
Monday night served as an exhibition game for Cal State Dominguez Hills who remains 0-2 on the year. CSUN (1-1) travels to No. 14/20 UCLA (1-0) Thursday night. The tip is set for 7 p.m. and will be produced via a UCLA Live Stream. All links are on GoMatadors.com.
