Â
"We are very proud of our team for competing so well after more than a year off," said CSUN head coach Gary Victor. "Hawai'i is perennially one of the top teams in the big west and we were just a few points away from coming away with the win. (Jolene) played super high-level tennis and never wavered mentally. Jacquie showed her experience and winning pedigree. Magdalena shook off some freshman nerves and played very well. We are thankful for the opportunity to compete and look forward to the next seven weeks."
