FRESNO, Calif. - Sophomore Julia Johansson posted consecutive rounds of 74 and is tied for 28th after 36 holes at the Fresno State Classic at Copper River Country Club.
The Matadors posted team rounds of 310-314 and sit in 15th place at (+48) 624. Stanford holds a 12-shot lead in the team competition at 568 with host Fresno State second at 580.
Johansson had one birdie and three bogeys in consecutive rounds of (+2) 74 on Monday and heads into Tuesday's final round just four strokes out of the top-10.

The Matadors will be paired with Portland State and Southern Utah for the final round which gets underway Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.Â

CSUNÂ SCORES
- In addition to Johansson, Hanne Borgen is tied for 65th at (+13) 157Â after posting rounds of 79-78. Borgen had a single birdie in the opening round before posting 13 pars in round two.
- Freshman Tiffany Pak made her CSUN debut and carded rounds of 80-79 and is tied for 70th at (+15) 159. Pak had three birdies in the first round but also had a pair of double bogeys along with a triple bogey. She added a single bogey in a second round 79.
- Kiran Sangha is currently 73rd at (+17) 161 following rounds of 78-83 while Ashley Phelps rounded out the Matador lineup. Phelps posted rounds of 79-85 and tied for 80th at (+20) 164.
