ACCORDING TO HEAD COACH CARLENE MITCHELL
"I thought we were really good for about 15 minutes in the first half, which was a huge positive for us. We were able to execute our offensive and defensive game plans. We haven't been in many situations where we have had big leads at halftime and struggled in the third quarter. Nevertheless, it was a much-needed win. We were able to get great minutes from our bench and our bigs tonight. The next three games are critical for us, for confidence, and for the standings as we prepare for the Big West Tournament.
