STOCKTON, Calif. - Freshman Bryson Barnes is tied for 19th after carding a 1-under 70 to pace the Matadors after one round of the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational on Monday at Stockton Country Club.

Barnes leads the Matadors after firing a 1-under 70 to tie for 19th place.
Sophomore Liam Judkins is tied for 33rd at even-par 71.
Domenic De Luca opened with a 1-over 72 and is tied for 46th
Nick Fry is tied for 64th at 3-over 74 and fellow freshman Tavin Boman rounded out the CSUN scoring tying for 72nd at 4-over 75.
CSUN also has two individuals competing, Dillon Jonke is tied for 46th at 1-over 72 and Yuo Torii is tied for 87th at 7-over 78.

"We played consistently today, but didn't play the par-5's all that well. If we had done that, we'd be closer to even par. I feel like we should be better tomorrow and I'm anticipating we'll do that."
