OUTDOOR: Won the 1500m at the Beach Invitational in a season-best time of 3:54.50 ... ran 3:55.78 in the 1500m to place 13th in the preliminaries of the Big West Championships ... entered the 800m twice, running a best of 1:55.50 at the Beach Invitational ... competed in the mile at the Steve Scott Invitational, going 4:15.25 ... only 5000m appearance was at the Big West Championships (15:53.06).
INDOOR: Posted the sixth fastest 3000m time in school history, 8:34.78, to finish sixth at the MPSF Championships in the event ... was sixth in the 3000m at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational ... entered the mile at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational (4:36.02) ... ran the 800m (1:59.40) at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic.

OUTDOOR: Competed primarily in the 1500m ... posted season best time of 3:54.22 in the 1500m at the adidas/Steve Scott Invitational ... charted a season best finish of fourth in the 1500m at the University of California Brutus Hamilton Invitational ... ran the 800m at the UC Riverside Chris Rinne Twilight, finishing fourth in a time of 1:54.29 ... competed in the 5000m at the Cal Poly Open, running 15:27.11 to place fifth.

A business law major ... favorites include the Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Lakers, Steve Prefontaine, Kobe Bryant, Adam Sandler, Megan Fox, Naruto, Without Limits, Pick Up Sticks, Green Day, and Tupac … chose CSUN for its campus, the team, and the coaching staff … says greatest sports moment so far is being the first runner from Highland High School to win four Golden League Cross Country championships … says the best thing about being an athlete is seeing all your hard work pay off in a race … says the toughest thing about being an athlete is having very little time for your family and friends … the person in history he would like to meet is Steve Prefontaine … would like to switch places for one day with Itachi Uchiha … the best advice he has been given so far is to run with your heart … his advice to young people is always run to be the best … says his greatest heroes are his parents because they motivate him and always to be his side.
