Hubbard appeared in four games and made one start before suffering an injury that forced him to miss nearly the final three months of the season ... Had two at bats on the year ... Started first game as a Matador against Towson (2/25/17) ... Made last appearance of the year at No. 14 Vanderbilt (3/5/17).
2016 Season (Junior)
Hubbard did not appear in a contest during the season and used a redshirt.

Played at catcher for two seasons with the Eagles ... Earned All-Conference First Team and Second Team honors ... Helped the Eagles to their first Western State Conference Championship in 20 seasons in 2014.
