2017 (SENIOR): Fleming competed in 53 games and started 52 times...posted career highs in batting (.245), runs (21), hits (36), doubles (5), RBI (27), home runs (5), slugging percentage (.408), on-base percentage (.300) and sacrifice hits (7)...went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and a home runs vs. Sacramento State (Feb. 25)...homered twice vs. Weber State (Mar. 4)...collected three hits, two runs, an RBI and a triple in a win vs. Boise State (Mar. 4)...drove in five runs, scored twice, homered and tripled vs. Murray State (Mar. 20)...Finished with two RBI and scored a run at CSU Bakersfield (Mar. 26)...belted a home run at Cal State Fullerton at Cal State Fullerton (May 5)...knocked in two runs and tallied three hits at UC Davis (May 12).
2016 (JUNIOR): Played in 24 games and made nine starts...batted .143 with three doubles, five RBI and a sacrifice bunt for the year...best day at the plate came in a victory over Utah State, where she recorded a season high two hits, one run and two RBI...sported a .940 fielding percentage for the season in 50 chances.
2015 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 36 games and made 32 starts...batted .153 with 11 hits, five runs, a double and two RBI...posted a season-high three hits and two runs scored in the Matadors’ win at Arizona State...drove in an RBI in two different games...recorded a double in a CSUN win at Grand Canyon on Feb. 22...selected Academic All-Conference.
2014 (FRESHMAN): Played in 51 games and made 48 starts...batted .200 with eight runs, three doubles, one home run and 15 RBIs...added six sacrifice bunts, the second-most on the team...had a career-high three hits at Cal Poly...cranked a game winning, two-run double in with at Cal Poly...scored a run in eight different contests...had a career high two RBIs in three contests...Hit game winning home run over Oregon State...Sported a .930 fielding percentage in 186 chances...had three multi-hit and three multi-RBI games.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Moorpark High School...played four seasons of softball...earned first team All-County honors three times...helped lead team to two league titles...played one year of basketball.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Michelle and Bob Fleming...majoring in Kinesiology...has a brother, Ryan...favorites include Channing Tatum, Jenny Finch, “CSI”, “Pretty Little Liars”, “Fast and Furious” and pasta...advice to young people is “do what you love”...cannot imagine going a week without working out.
