2019 (SENIOR): Appeared in seven games, starting twice…was 0-1 with a 9.69 ERA…struck out five in 13 innings…had a 2.08 WHIP as teams batted .375 against her...selected Academic All-Conference...earned NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors.
2018 (JUNIOR): Tied for the team lead in victories (9-11) with Jillian James…when she made her second save of the season against UC Riverside on Apr. 14, she climbed into a tie with four other players for sixth place in school history in the category...appeared in 34 games, the fourth most in the Big West…started 20 times, the 10th most in the conference…struck out 67 in 116.1 innings...recorded a 3.97 ERA as teams hit .286 against her...selected Academic All-Conference.
2017 (SOPHOMORE): Made 31 appearances including 15 starts…posted a 10-8 record along with six complete games, four shutouts, three saves, 56 strikeouts and 2.79 ERA in 110.1 innings…named Big West Pitcher of the Week on Feb. 27…tossed a six-hitter in a win over Saint Mary's Feb. 19…earned a save by throwing two shutout innings vs. Seattle U Feb. 24…hurled a one-hitter, striking out six vs. Pacific Feb. 25…nailed down a save with a shutout inning of work against Seattle Feb. 26…threw a seven-hitter vs. Weber State Mar. 3…tossed a two-hitter, allowing one unearned run at Long Beach State Apr. 2…picked up a save at Cal Poly by tossing 1.2 shutout innings Apr. 22...selected Academic All-Conference.
2016 (FRESHMAN): Named to Big West Conference All-Freshman Team…started 17-of-28 games pitched…finished year at 8-8 with a 3.05 ERA, nine complete games, a combined shutout, a save, 76 strikeouts and a .247 opponent batting average in 119.1 innings of work…posted a 1.75 ERA in 32 innings against Big West opposition…recorded a six-inning no-hitter against Idaho State on Mar. 18…ranked among the Big West leaders in ERA and opponent batting average…posted notable victories over San Diego State, Illinois and UC Davis…charted a career-high 10 strikeouts in a win against Utah State…pitched all 17 innings, including a career-high 10 innings in game two, in a doubleheader with Illinois…had a perfect fielding percentage in 21 chances and helped catch three base runners trying to stealing a base.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Citrus Valley High School…coach was April Finazzo and the Blackhawks…earned multiple All-League honors, including first team honors her final three seasons…named All-CIF in final three seasons of competition…helped lead her team to a Division 6 CIF Championship in 2012 ... PERSONAL: Daughter of Heather and Daniel Troost …a health administration major…has one sister, Amanda ...favorites include the LA Lakers, Brad Pitt, Clayton Kershaw and "The Walking Dead"…would like to switch places with Taylor Swift for a day…best advice she ever received is "don't care about what anyone thinks about you”…lists her mom as her greatest hero because "she puts everyone before herself”.
