OUTDOOR: Nations competed in nine outdoor meets ... advanced to the NCAA West First Round (5/28/25) in the long jump where he recorded a mark of 7.23m (23-8.75) to place 30th ... became the first Matador since 2010 to win the long jump title with a leap of 7.53m (24-8.5) at the Big West Outdoor Championships (5/16/25) ... helped CSUN to a fourth-place finish in the 4x100m with a time of 40.24 at the Big West Championships (5/17/25) ... was 14th in the 100m with a time of 10.51 at the Big West Championships ... recorded a PR in the long jump with a leap of 7.58m (24-10.5) to take first at the UCSB Invite (4/26/25) ... that long jump leap ranks 10th-best in school history ... would take first in the 100m with a PR of 10.42 at the UCSB Invite ... claimed first in the long jump with a mark of 7.53m (24-8.5) at the Trojan Invitational (3/22/25) ... a member of the 4x100m relay team that took first place with a time of 39.96 at the Mt. Son of Joseph and Rosalind Nations … favorites include the Green Bay Packers, Trayvon Bromwell, Denzel Washington, Zendaya, Daredevil, Shutter Island, Hamburgers, OutKast, Kanye West, and Athletic.net … chose CSUN because she could tell it was a great environment because it felt like home, he could tell there was a strong comradery with all the athletes and the coaches … says his greatest sports moment so far is running my first ever 400 because it was something I never tried, and our team needed extra points so everyone was cheering louder than I was used to so it gave me extra motivation … says the best thing about being an athlete is getting nervous for a big race or meet … says the toughest thing about being an athlete is pushing past your limit to get better when it feels like you can’t do it … says the best athlete he has competed against is Rodrick Pleasant …the most famous person he has met is Matt Barnes … the person in history he would like to meet is Martin Luther King, Jr. … would like to switch places for one day with Elon Musk … the best advice he has been given is know the difference between doing a lot and getting a lot done...his advice to young people is to choose to focus on something you enjoy and don’t compare yourself to others … his greatest hero is Jesus Christ because he believes that he is forgiven of my sins in life through him.
