Matteo Salvador appeared in 10 matches and 21 sets in his second season ... finished the season with career-highs in kills (43), attempts (82), hitting percentage (.390), digs (20), aces (3), and blocks (8) ... reached double figures for the first time with 12 kills at No. 18 UC San Diego (Mar. 14) ... took a career-high 24 swings to hit .375 against the Tritons ... served his first two CSUN aces to go with nine kills (.643), three digs, and two blocks in the Matadors' 3-0 win over UC Merced (Feb. 7) ... came off the bench to put down eight kills on 11 swings to hit .636 against No. 9 Penn State (Mar. 5) ... also had eight kills against No. 18 UC San Diego in Northridge (Mar. 15).
