2022 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 34 games primarily as a pinch-runner...started seven times in the outfield...scored nine runs and was 4-for-4 in stolen base attempts...posted two hits in 23 at-bats...was hit by one pitch and had one sacrifice hit.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2021 graduate of The Woodlands College Park in Woodlands, Texas…as a senior, Gomez hit .439 with three home runs and 15 RBI…scored 32 runs and posted a .659 slugging and .527 on-base percentage in 2021…was named first-team 13-6A All-District, Academic All-District, and team MVP...graduated with a 3.6 grade point average…team won the 2019 District 13-6A, Bi-District, Area, titles and were Regional Quarterfinal Champs…on the club level, Gomez played for the Impact Gold National 16U and 18U programs and was selected to be a member of the USSSA Southeast All-American Team...competed in track for The Woodlands.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Ruben and Griselda Gomez…favorites include the Houston Astros, Aaron Rodgers, Rainn Wilson, Anne Hathaway, The Office, The Sandlot, Backstreet Boys, and Drake…chose CSUN for the opportunity for the coaching staff and the opportunity they are providing…says the greatest sports moment so far is her selection to the USSSA Southeast All-American Team…says the best thing about being an athlete is getting to play the sport you love and compete as well as meeting the amazing people along the way…says the toughest thing about being an athlete is losing…the most famous person she has met is Cat Osterman…the person in history she would like to meet is Jackie Robinson.
