A 2021 graduate of Corona Centennial HS … finished eighth at the 2021 CIFSS Division I Finals in the shot put after posting a prep best of 39-8 during the preliminaries … was ninth in the shot at the 2019 CIFSS Division I finals … won the 2021 Big VIII title in the shot and was third in the discus during the championship…team won CIF State Championship in 2021 … named second team CIF and MVP of the Mark Keppel Tournament during prep career … chosen 2019 team Best Female Thrower and MVP of CHS Team in 2019 … placed fifth in the shot, sixth in the discus, and ninth in the high jump at the 2019 Big VIII Championship … finished seventh in the high jump at the 2018 Big VIII Championship … other prep bests including 95-9 1/2 in the discus (1kg), 16-4 in the long jump, and 4-10 in the high jump.

Daughter of Daniel Shipp and La Jetta Wright … stepfather is Freeman Hayes … a Pre-Accountancy major … favorites include the Los Angeles Lakers, Draymond Green, Samuel L. Jackson, Viola Davis, Bojack Horsemen, Forrest Gump, Chipotle, Silk Sonic, and Trippie Reed … chose CSUN so she could continue her throws career at the collegiate level … says her greatest sports moment so far is qualifying for the 2019 CIF Championship with her teammates … says the best thing about being an athlete is the clout … says the toughest thing about being an athlete is balancing school, practice, and a social life … the most famous person she has met is Cesar from On My Block … the person in history she would like to meet is Nat Turner … would like to switch places for one day with Kayne West … the two people in history she would like to have dinner with are Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal…says her greatest hero is her mom who overcame being poor and abused as a youngster, taking care of her mother from a young age and still putting herself through the military, law school, become a lawyer for 20 years, making partner in her law firm and is now a judge.
