OUTDOOR: Mitchell competed in nine outdoor meets ... helped CSUN score and finish fourth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:42.89 at the Big West Championships (5/16/26) ... was 29th in the 400m with a time of 58.37 at the Big West Championships (5/15/26) ... took 30th place in the 200m with a wind-aided time of 24.93 at the Big West Championships ... finished seventh and posted a PR in the 400m of 56.65 at the Trojan Invitational (3/28/26) ... ran a season-best 200m time of 25.31 to place 27th at the Ben Brown Invitational (3/13/26)
INDOOR: Competed in all three meets ... helped CSUN score and finish in sixth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:46.39 at the MPSF Championships (3/2/26) ... finished 19th in the 400m with a time of 57.40 at the MPSF Championships ... ran a season-best in the 400m of 56.78 to place 10th at the Nevada Invitational (1/17/26).Â
PRIOR TO CSUN
Mitchell attended Liberty High School and graduated in 2025 ... spent all four years on the Liberty track & field team as a sprinter ... was a state champion in the 4x400m in 2023 and 2025 ... also spent two seasons on the flag football team ... graduated with honors ... recognized as Nevada Academic All-State in 2024.Â

Daughter of Traci Mitchell ... she has a younger brother, Trenton ... her mother was a track & field athlete at Southern Illinois University Carbondale ... favorites include the Chicago Bears, Allison Fox, Michael B. Jordan, Halle Berry, the tv show "Stranger Things," the film "Creed," J. Cole and SWV ... chose CSUN because she felt it aligned with what she was looking for in a university, especially the diverse community and the wide range of helpful resources around the campus ... lists getting the opportunity to go to the Texas Relays with her high school as her favorite sports moment ... says the best thing about being an athlete are the lifelong friendships that are built ... names her mom as her hero.Â
