ACCORDING TO HEAD COACH LAWRENCE JOHNSON
"I think the keys to performing well was to have a plan going into the championships. We had some good energy and we scored more points at the MPSF Championships than we've had in a long time. We are hoping this momentum carries us into a long outdoor season. We have to prepare our relays to do a lot better once outdoor season starts. We also have some runners that are banged up right now and need to get healthy."
