CSUN PERFORMANCES
"We traveled North to this invitational to serve as a dress rehearsal for the Big West Championship in two weeks and we were rewarded for our effort. This race always features quality programs from all the Western states. It is always great to measure yourself with quality ranked teams inside and outside of our region on a fair course with the stellar competition."
"Our team competed well. We handled the early fast pace in each race and improved our closing positions when we stack past results from the season to current competitors. I am continually impressed with our first-year group making huge impacts in our scoring with Camilo, Cesar, and Nicole setting up for success up front in each respective race. The tandem effort of Elin and Sonia helped solidify marked improvement of the women's scoring five. We got contributions from every member who raced."
"Many personal bests throughout our lineup will carry us through our championship phase over the next four weeks. I know we still have some work to do, but I'm encouraged by the effort and results. We move into the next phase with great momentum from our trip."
