Changco competed in four events on the season ... ran a 5k time of 21:29.0 to open the season at the Big West Preview (9/1/23) ... posted a season-best 6k time of 23:16.3 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational ... took 77th place at the Big West Championship with a time 25:08.8 in the 6k ... earned Big West All-Academic Team honors.
CSUN - 2022 (Junior)
Entered all six events ... posted a season-best 6k time as she finished 66th at the Big West Championship in a time of 22:57.6 ... earned a season-best finish of 27th at the Pepperdine Waves Invitational ... ran 23:33.7 at the NCAA West Regional ... established a 4k best time of 17:09.1 at the Anteater Opener to begin the season.

Helped Hartnell College win the 2021 CCCAA Northern California Cross Country Championship after finishing 15th at the NorCal meet … placed 69th as the team finished second at the 2021 CCCAA Cross Country Championship … earned All-Conference honors with an 11th-place finish at the All-Coast Championship as team won the eighth straight league cross country title … finished 77th as the squad placed fourth at the 2019 CCCAA State Cross Country Championship … Hartnell won the 2019 CCCAA Northern California Cross Country Championship as she placed 29th overall … team won 2019 Coast Conference Championship as she finished seventh to earn All-Conference honors … finished 12th in the 3000m steeplechase as team placed fourth at the 2022 CCCAA State Track and Field Championship … was second in the steeplechase, seventh in the 10000m, and 17th in the 5000m as team won the 2022 CCCAA Northern California Championship … Hartnell bests were 5:10.58 in the 1500m, 19:38.07 in the 5000m, 41:46.06 in the 10000m, 12:07.26 in the steeplechase, and 1:18.55 in the 400m hurdles … graduated with an AA degree in Kinesiology.

Daughter of Randy Chango and Emily Chango … brother Elijah competed in cross country and track for Sacramento State … favorites include the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, Brandon Crawford, Adam Sandler, Pizza, Dan and Shay, and Luke Combs … chose CSUN for its academic and athletic programs … says greatest sports moment so far is placing 1-2-3 in the NorCal Championships … says the best thing about being an athlete is competing and meeting new people … says the toughest thing about being an athlete is balancing school work, athletics, and a personal life … the most famous person she has met is E-40 … her greatest heroes are her parents because they are her biggest supporters and have always been there for her no matter what.
