ACCORDING TO HEAD COACH JIM BRACKEN
"We played solid golf as a team today and I'm really happy that the guys continued to battle back after an uncharacteristic first round. Felix got a few bad breaks but grinded out his round today and we shot 9-under the last two rounds and moved up the leaderboard so I can't complain. We're heading to Orange County early next week and will look to play another good tournament."
The Matadors will next compete at the VanHarte Orange County Collegiate at Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point (Feb. 12-13).
