Jacobson participated in all six races, leading the Matadors four different times in her first season with CSUN ... ran a season-best 6k time of 21:47.0 to lead CSUN at the Big West Championship (11/2/24) for 50th-place points (56th overall) ... finished with a 6k time of 23:22.2 at the NCAA West Regional (11/15/24) ... established a PR in the 5k of 18:20.7 and was the top Matador runner at the UCR Cross Country Invitational (9/21/24) for 16th-place points (25th overall) ... set a PR of 14:35.8 in the 4k at the Waves Invite (8/30/24) to finish 28th overall ... also was the fastest Matador at the Highlander Invitational (10/19/24) and The Master's Invitational (10/5/24).
PRIOR TO CSUN
Jacobson spent two seasons at El Camino College from 2022-24 where he competed on the cross country and track & field teams ... earned a nod on the All-South Coast Conference First Team, as well as 3C2A First Team All-America award in her sophomore season with El Camino ... posted a first-place finish in the 5k at the Mt. SAC Relays along with third in the 10k and seventh in the 5k at the 3C2A state championships in 2024 ... finished fourth at 3C2A SCC Championships while she was fourth overall in state in cross country in 2023 ... previously was second in the 3C2A in the 10k in track in 2023 and 14th in the 3C2A state championships in cross country in 2022 ... her cross country team was fifth in state in 2022 ... attended El Segundo High School and graduated in 2022 ... spent all four year of high school on the cross country and track & field team ... earned the Coaches Award in track in 2022 along with MVP in cross country in 2022 and in track in 2021 ... set the girls’ 5K school record in track during her senior year ... in cross country, finished seventh in California at the Division 4 state championship.
