2019-20 (FRESHMAN):
OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
INDOOR: Ran once, the 800m at the Jan. 17 Lumberjack Challenge...posted a time of 2:22.38 to place 15th.
CROSS COUNTRY: Entered 3-of-4 races for CSUN…was 129th at The Master’s Invitational Sept. 28, posting a time of 33:16.2 on the 4.97m course…recorded season best 8k time at the Highlander Invitational Oct. 19, running 31:24.0 to come in 227th…finished 58th in a time of 32:30.40 at the Big West Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of Reseda High School…An All-League and All-City selection in both cross country and track…also earned All-League and All-City honors in swimming…was second in the CIF City Section in cross country…graduated with a 3.5 grade point average and Yes Honors.

PERSONAL: Son of Ezequiel and Andrea Gomez…is a political science/criminal justice major…favorites include Bayern Munich, Steven Prefontaine, Al Pacino, Asian food, the TV show 911, and Luke Combs…chose CSUN for its criminal justice program…feels the toughest thing about being an athlete is getting up early for practice and getting a good GPA.
