2022 (GRADUATE)
OUTDOOR: Ran the 100m seven times, running a season best :10.73 to finish 10th at the University of Arizona Willie Williams Classic...was second in the 100m at the UCSB Invitational and third at the CSUN Invitational...ran the 100m at the Big West Championship, but did not advance to the finals after going :10.79...entered the 200m at two events (CSUN, Arizona) and recorded a season best :22.19 during the CSUN Invitational...helped the Matador 4x100m relay to a third-place showing at the BIg West Championship as the team went :41.20.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
PRIOR TO CSUN: A member of the track and field team at Fresno State from 2018-21…finished fifth at the 2021 Mountain West Championships in the 100m (:10.76) after running a career-best :10.72 in the prelims…200m best time :21.71 was posted at the 2021 West Coast Relays.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Rancho Dominguez Prep…posted prep bests of :11.30 in the 100m, :24.46 in the 200m, and 19-9 in the long jump.
PERSONAL: Son of Alfred and Gbemisola G Adedigba…received his undergraduate degree from Fresno State...is working on a masters in recreational sport management...favorites include the Los Angeles Clippers, Kobe Bryant, Omar Epps, Megan Good, Family Matters, The Lion King, Pizza, Milo’s, Meek Mill, and Goat.com…chose CSUN because the coaches and atmosphere were very inviting and was excited about the team and how what they were trying to build…says the best thing about being an athlete is the competition because it gives you a feeling that you can’t get anywhere else, especially feeling like all the work you have put in is paying off…says the toughest thing about being an athlete is being disciplined and having to sacrifice a lot to do the sport you love and missing out on a lot of “fun” things to dedicate time to train, compete, and take care of your body…the most famous person he has met is Paul George…would like to switch places for one day with Adam Sandler…would like to have dinner with Jay Z…his advice to young people is to work hard for what you want.
