2024 Big West Triple Jump Champion
CSUN - 2024 (R-Sophomore)
OUTDOOR: Peters competed in six meets ... competed in the NCAA West Regional (5/24/24), finishing 18th in the triple jump with a mark of 15.47m (50-9.25) ... won the triple jump title with a mark of 15.43m (50-7.5) at the Big West Championships (5/11/24) ... set a PR and finished first in the triple jump with a leap of 15.69m (51-5.75) at the Trojan Invite (3/23/24) ... that PR mark was the eighth-best in school history ... also finished first in the TJ with a leap of 15.35m (50-4.5) at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/19/24) ... recorded a season-best in the long jump of 7.25m (23-9.5) at the Vince O'Boyle Classic (3/29/24).
INDOOR: Competed in two meets ... finished third place in the long jump with a mark of 7.19m (23-7.25) at the MPSF Championships (2/25/24) ... recorded a leap of 6.82m (22-4.5) at the UW Invite (1/27/24).
CSUN - 2023 (R-Freshman)
OUTDOOR: Entered four long jumps with a season-best 23-11 1/2 coming at the Big West Championships ... finished sixth at the Big West meet ... was second in both the long jump (23-2) and the triple jump (48-2) at the West Coast Relays...his triple jump at the West Coast Relays was his season-best in the event ... placed second in the triple jump at the UCLA Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner Kersee Collegiate (48-2) ... finished second in the long jump (22-10 1/2) at the Fresno State Bulldog Classic.
INDOOR: Competed in one event, the long jump at the MPSF Championships ... finished 10th with a leap of 21-4.
PRIOR TO CSUN
Enrolled at Arizona State for the 2021-22 academic year but did not compete.

A 2021 graduate of Tinley Park Andrew High School … ranked first in the state of Illinois and 11th in the nation as a senior in the outdoor long jump with a leap of 47-1 … won the long jump (22-1) and triple jump (46-3) at the Pete Struck Invite as a senior … ranked seventh in the state of Illinois in the outdoor triple jump as a senior (47-1) and 10th in the state of Illinois in the outdoor long jump (22-1, winning the Lockport Golden Open) … was fourth at the Adidas Indoor Nationals in the triple jump … won the triple jump (46.95) at the CYUP Cabin Fever event … prep bests were :12.66 in the 100m, :24.73 in the 200m, 23-4 3/4 in the long jump and 5-9 in the high jump … won the 15-16 triple jump event at the USA Hershey Junior Olympics (46-2).
