2014 (JUNIOR): A member of the CSUN women's tennis team, did not play.
2013 (SOPHOMORE): Went 1-10 in singles action and 1-6 in doubles play...her singles win came against Middlebury...teamed with Jessica Warren to defeat Cal Poly on April 7.
PRIOR TO CSUN: Played one season of tennis for San José State...saw action in the No. 2 doubles slot and No. 5 and No. 6 singles draws.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Eastlake High School...played four seasons of tennis for the Titans.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Susana and Armando Marquez...majoring in Mechanical Engineering...has one sister Giselle, and one brother, Armando Jr....favorites include the San Francisco Giants, Jennifer Lopez, "The Vampire Diaries" and sushi...advice to young people is "don't go living life pleasing others; your happiness comes first".
