OUTDOOR: Finished second in the high jump at the Big West Championship (May 15) when she cleared 5-9 1/4...advanced to the NCAA West Regional whe she finished 20th (5-7 3/4) in the preliminaries...won the Fresno State Bulldog Invitational Apr. 26 (5-7 3/4)...cleared 5-7 3/4 at the Rainbow Relays Apr. 12 to win the event...won the UCR Spring Break Invitational Mar. 28 (5-8 1/2)...won opening meet of the outdoor season, the Trojan Invitational (5-7) on Mar. 22.
INDOOR: Posted the third best high jump in school history when she cleared 5-10 3/4 at the Mountain T's Invitational on Feb. 8...finished sixth in the high jump at the MPSF Championship when she posted a leap of 5-6.
2013 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Finished fourth at the Big West Championships by clearing 5-7...tied with two other jumpers but was fourth on attempts...finished second at the adidas Steve Scott Invitational (Apr. 28) with a top height of 5-5.
INDOOR:Â Finished third at the MPSF Championship (5-9 1/4) which is the third best high jump in school history...reached the height on her second attempt before missing at a career-best 5-11 1/4...won the NYU Team Challenge high jump with a leap of 5-7...was second in the high jump at the Texas A&M Invitational (5-7).
PRIOR TO CSUN: Spent 2011-12 at UNLV...holds a share of UNLV's indoor record in the high jump at 5-10...competed in eight outdoor meets for the Rebels in 2011, including the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championship...season-best high jump was 5-7 at the MWC Outdoor Championship...scored 2577 points in the heptathlon at the RJ/JJK Invitational...finished first in the high jump at two meets: NAU Team Challenge and NAU Open...tied the program record in the high jump in 2011 at the Cherry & Silver Invite with a height of 5-10.
HIGH SCHOOL:Â A 2010 graduate of Rancho Cucamonga High School...was a jumper and team captain for the Cougars track & field team under coach Terry Tierny...was also a forward on the soccer team...graduated with a 3.6 grade point average.Â
PERSONAL: Daughter of Eileen and Gary Sandor...major is psychology...has four sisters, Takeysha, Lashelle, Briana and Brandi and one brother, Anthony...Brandi attends Arizona State...favorites include the Los Angeles Lakers, actors Kevin Hart and Angelina Jolie, the TV show "Family Guy" and the movie "Superbad"...says her greatest sports moment was "jumping 5-10"...listens to music and writes music in her spare time.
