2010 (SENIOR): Led CSUN with a sixth-place finish (20:41.5) at the Big West Championships...advanced the the NCAA West Regional where she finished 61st in 21:23.56...was CSUN's top finisher in all five meets she competed in.
2009 (JUNIOR): Finished third at the 2009 Big West Cross Country Championships in a time of 20:36.3...advanced to the NCAA West Regional where she placed 50th in a time of 22:10.20.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of John Burroughs High School in Burbank, Calif...earned letters in track, cross country and basketball at earned second team All-Pacific League honors in cross country in 2006 and was a CIF qualifier in track in 2004, 2005 and 2006...graduated with a 3.8 grade point average.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Norma Romero and Gustavo Morejon...major is Urban Studies...also recruited by Pepperdine, Whittier College and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps...favorites include the New York Yankees, actors Russell Crowe and Sandra Bullock, the TV show "My Wife and Kids" and the movie "Gladiator"...says her greatest moment in sports was qualifying for CIF in the 3,200 meters...says the best thing about being an athlete is "everything: teamwork, competing and the desire to do better and get better everyday."
