2011 (JUNIOR): Finished 143rd at the season opening Asics/Fullerton meet (26:30.8)...was 148th (20:54.5) at the Asics/UC Irvine Invitational...posted a season-best 46th at the UNLV Invitational (22:21)...placed 102nd (25:37.36) at the Northridge Invitational...finished 74th at the Big West Championship (24:49.0).
2010 (SOPHOMORE): Did not compete.
PRIOR TO CSUN:Â Spent two seasons (2009-10) at the University of Louisville...competed in the 400m hurdles for the Cardinals...best time in the 400 hurdles was 1:01.30...Louisville won Big East Outdoor Championships in both 2009 and 2010...ran in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m meter relay at the 2009 Big East Championships...was a member of the Cardinals' 4x400m meter relay at the Rod McCravy Memorial that set a school record.
HIGH SCHOOL:Â A 2008 graduate of Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland, Calif...finished second in the North Coast Section in the 300m meter hurdles in 2007...anchored the Dragons' 4x400m meter relay team that won the state championship...best time in the 300m hurdles was :43.62 and best time in the 400m was :55.20...ran for coach Anthony Green.
PERSONAL:Â Daughter of Colleen Mullany and Bil Banks...major is sociology...has one twin sister, Trey...favorites include the Boston Celtics, Celtic Ray Allen and sprinter Lolo Jones, actors Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie, the TV show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and the movie "He Got Game"...says her best sports moment was "winning state in the 4x400m relay in high school"...says the best thing about being an athlete is "traveling and meeting new people" and the toughest is "not having a social life"...listens to music and reads Cosmopolitan in her spare time.
