2010 (SENIOR): Finished 26th at the Asics/UC Irvine Invitational (18:32.40)...ran 23:30 to place 112th at the Stanford Invitational...finished a season-best 24th at the Northridge Invitational (22:05.70)...placed 47th at the Big West Championship (22:24.0)...finished 150th at the NCAA Regional Championship in a time of 22:29.10.
PRIOR TO CSUN: Competed in both track and cross country at Glendale College in Antioch, Calif...was the Western State Conference cross country champion and was a CCCAA All-American in the steeplechase 2008 and 2009...the Vaqueros won the state cross country title...earned her Associate of Arts degree in 2009.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Belmont High School...competed in the steeplechase...her team finished first in the California State Championships in cross country.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Blanca Angulo and Jorge Sauceda...major is Political Science...has three sisters, Osiris, Mitzuy and Alondra and one brother, Jorge...favorites include the Los Angeles Lakers, Olympian Ana Guevara, actor Brad Pitt, the TV?show "Friends" and Shakira...likes to sleep or watch movies in her spare time.
