2006 (R-JUNIOR): Came in relief of starter Kevin Guppy in two matches, playing a total of 10 minutes, 20 seconds...played the final 3:48 of the Matadors’ 5-0 victory over UC Santa Barbara on Sept. 27...was between the pipes for the last 6:32 in a 3-0 win over Cal State Fullerton on Oct. 28...did not face a shot in either match.

PERSONAL: Son of David and Jean Bomar...a business major...has two sisters, Anne and Mary and two brothers, Joe and Tom...favorites include the musical group Anthrax, actor Mel Brooks and the television show “The Simpsons”...says the best thing about being an athlete is being looked up to and the toughest thing is continuously training...takes a walk by himself before a game and listens to music...feels soccer could be improved by broadcasting it more on television...owns a pet tortoise that is 130 years old.
