OUTDOOR: Threw the javelin for the first time in his career at the Mar. 7 San Diego Collegiate Challenge...turned a toss of 112-2 to finish 15th...selected Academic All-Conference.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2019 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Competed in three events; the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (Mar. 9), USC Invitational (Mar. 16), and the Stanford Invitational (Mar. 29-30)…ran the 400m twice with a best of :53.36 being recorded in San Diego…lone 400m hurdles’ race was :59.17 performance at Stanford…was a member of the CSUN 4x100m relay at Stanford and the 4x400m relay at USC...named Academic All-Conference.
INDOOR: Entered in two events, the Air Force Holiday Open (Dec. 7) and the University of New Mexico Don Kirby Invitational (Feb. 8-9)…ran four races over the 400m, 500m, and 600m distances…season best finish of eighth occurred during the 600m at the Kirby.
2018 (SOPHOMORE)
OUTDOOR: Specialized in the 400m hurdles for CSUN…ran in the event seven times, running his quickest time, :54.62, during the preliminaries of the Big West Championship…would score for CSUN in the 400m hurdles by placing eighth (:55.28) in the finals of the event…ran on the 4x400m relay team at the Desert Heat Classic on Apr. 28 and the UCSD Triton Invitational Apr. 14...named Academic All-Conference.

INDOOR: Finished with a season-best time of 8.89 in the 60m hurdles at the Feb. 10 Husky Classic...posted a season-best time of 23.92 in the 200m at the Armory Track Invitational on Feb. 3.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Frontier High School...a four-year letter winner...named Frontier's Male Student Athlete of the Year as a senior...team won league championship in 2014...graduated with a 4.2 grade point average.
PERSONAL: Son of Nikki Ballance-Clark and Philip Hibbert...a mechanical engineering major...has two brothers, Ben and Nate...Ben also competes for the CSUN Track team...favorite TV show is Blacklist...according to him, the best thing about being an athlete are the opportunities to make an impact on things bigger than sports...has trained with 400m hurdles' world record holder Dalilan Muhammed...the person he would like to meet the most is Michael Jordan...the one thing that always makes him smile is making his family proud.
