OUTDOOR: Placed ninth in the 400m hurdles with a time of :54.63 at the Big West Championship...posted a season best time of :54.15 in the 400m hurdles at the Northridge Invitational...a member of the 4x400m relay team that placed seventh with a time of 3:18.32 at the Big West Championship...finished with a personal best run of :15.40 in the 110m-hurdles at the Rainbow Relays...registered a time of :22.93 in the 200m at the Ben Brown Invite.
INDOOR: Finished 21st in the 60m hurdles with a time of :8.63 at the MPSF Championship...posted a season best time of :8.55 in the 60m hurdles at the Armory Track Invitational...was 42nd in the 400m with a season best time of :50.95 at the MPSF's...ran a season best time of :23.19 in the 200m at the UW Open.
2016 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: A part of 4x400m relay team that placed sixth at the Big West Championship in a time of 3:17.26...placed 12th in the 400m hurdles at the Big West Championship in a season best time of :54.23...had a season best time of :22.92 in the 200m.
INDOOR: Finished 23rd in the 200m at the MPSF Championship in a season best time of :23.07...was 29th in the 400m at the MPSF's in a season best time of :50.68.
2015 (SOPHOMORE)
OUTDOOR: A member of 4x400m relay that finished fourth at the Big West Championship in a time of 3:12.95...was 13th in the 400m hurdles in a time of :54.72 at the Big West Championship...had a season best time of :53.98 in the 400m hurdles.
INDOOR: Placed 25th in the 800m at the MPSF Championship in a time of 1:58.76...had a career best time of 1:56.68 in the 800m at the Husky Open...named Academic All-MPSF.
2014 (FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR: Finished 15th in the 400m hurdles' preliminaries at the Big West Championship in a time of 56.78...ran a season best :55.56 to finish sixth at the Fresno State Bulldog Invitational.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL
A 2013 graduate of Rio Mesa High School...named Track & Field MVP as a senior...was a hurdler under coach Brian Fitzgerald...the Spartans won state championships in the 4x400 relay in 2012 and claimed the CIF Div. III Team championship in 2012...was also named basketball team MVP as a guard in 2012...graduated with a 3.7 grade point average.
PERSONAL: Son of Angela and Anthony Teart...has one younger sister, Ashley...his mother was on the track & field team at UCLA...favorites include the New YorK Knicks, actor Denzel Washington, the TV show "SpongeBob Squarepants" and sushi.
