2010 (SENIOR)
OUTDOOR: Reached the NCAA Championships for the first time as a member of the Northridge 4x100 relay team...the Matadors were disqualified in the preliminary round for passing out of the zone...ran the opening-leg of the 4x100 relay that ran :39.94 to claim 10th place at the NCAA West Region Championships in Austin, Texas...finished sixth in the 100 meter final of the Big West Championship...clocked a time of :10.74 in the final, the same time he posted in the prelims...ran the first leg of the conference champion 4x100 relay that set the Northridge record with a time of :39.86...ran a lifetime-best :10.73 in the 100 meters to finish sixth at the Cal-Nevada Championships...clocked a career-best :22.23 in the 200 meters at the Steve Scott Invitational.
INDOOR: Ran an indoor career-best :6.91 in the prelims of the 60 meters at the MPSF Championship...posted an indoor best of :22.66 in the 200 meters at the Boise State Invitational.
2009 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Qualified for the NCAA West Regionals for the first time as a member of the 4x100 relay team...ran the opening-leg of the relay that finished fourth in the final in a time of :40.30...ran a season-best :40.13 in the prelims, the sixth-best time in Matador history...finished third in the 100 meters at his first Big West Championship...ran :10.73 in the final...clocked a season-best of 10.65 at the Mt. SAC Relays...also ran a season-best :22.89 in the 200 meters at the
USC Trojan Invitational.
INDOOR: Qualified for the 60 and 200 meters at the MPSF Championship...ran :7.09 in the 60 meters prelims but did not reach the event final...ran :23.12 in the 200 prelims and did not advance...ran an indoor season-best :6.96 in the 60 meters at the UW Indoor Invitational and a season-best 22.78 in the 200 at the Husky Classic.
PRIOR TO CSUN: Spent two seasons at Sacramento City College...finished sixth in the state in the 100 meters in both 2007 and 2008...ran a personal-best :10.56 in the 100 and 21.90 in the 200...the Panthers’ track team won the state championship in 2007 and were second in 2008...also won conference and NorCal championships both seasons...was coached by Rob Dewar...earned his associate of arts degree in 2008.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Galt Union High School where he competed in track and football...ran sprints for the Warriors’ track team for coach Nathan Woods...posted bests of :11.05 in the 100 meters and :22.79 in the 200
meters...earned first team all-league honors as a running back for the football team in 2005 and was a
two-time team MVP (2003, 2005).
