2010 (SENIOR)
OUTDOOR: Posted his best finish at the Big West Championship, finishing seventh in the triple jump with a career-best leap of 47-10 1/2...jumped a season-best 21-1.25 (6.43) in the long jump at the Steve Scott Invitational.
INDOOR: Wound up 12th in the triple jump at the MPSF Championship with a season-best of 47-1 1/2...named Academic All-MPSF.
2009 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Finished ninth in the triple jump at the Big West Championship...finished the meet with a best of 46- 4 1/4...posted a season-best of 47-1 at the Northridge Invitational.
INDOOR: Placed sixth in the triple jump at the MPSF Championship after jumping an indoor season-best 47-10 1/2.
PRIOR TO CSUN: Competed in the triple jump at Sacramento City College...the Panthers won the CCCAA Track Championship in 2007 and were runners-up in 2008...also won conference and Nor- Cal titles both seasons....posted a personal-best of 47-3...earned his associate of arts degree in 2008 in general studies.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Washington High School...lettered in track, basketball and football...earned All-Mission Valley Athletic League honors in the triple jump as a senior in 2006...also was the 2006 NCS section triple jump champion...was named team MVP...jumped a best of 46-1 3/4.
PERSONAL: Son of Sharon and Tom Fremd...major is Kinesiology...has two sisters, Kristen and Lauren and one brother, Brett ... Brett and Lauren attended Cal State Fullerton and Kristen went to San Jose State ... also competed for the Mission Valley Track Club in 2006...favorites include the San Francisco 49ers, Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay, the TV show “Rob & Big” and the movie “Superbad”...says his greatest sports moment was “winning league and NCS Meet of Champions in the triple jump as a senior”.
