Filip Tomicic is in his first year at Cal State Northridge after transferring from Cal Baptist.

Tomicic spent one season (2011) at Cal Baptist in Riverside, Calif. ... helped the Lancers to a 26-5 record and the NAIA National Championship in 2011 ... finished second on the team with 229 assists (7.39 apg) and also recorded 12 kills, 17 digs and10 blocks while appearing in 14 matches and 31 games ... had a season-high 32 assists in CBU's 3-2 win over Lindenwood (Feb.25).

Attended Euonymus, Upravna Skola in Croatia ... was named Best Setter at Memorial Tournament and was named MVP of Youth Games in 2009 ... also competed for the Croatian Youth and Junior National Teams.
