Ryan DeWeese appeared in all 11 matches and 39 of CSUN's 41 sets during the abbreviated season ... started four matches at opposite ... finished the season with 47 kills while averaging 1.21 kills per set ... hit .149 on 134 total attacks ... also added seven aces which ranked third on the team while also posting 30 digs (0.77 dps), 13 total blocks (0.33 bps) and six assists ... knocked down a season-high 13 kills in CSUN's first round Big West Tournament loss to UC San Diego (Apr. 22) ... took a season-high 35 swings against the Tritons while also matching his career-high with 3.0 blocks ... also had eight kills and eight digs along with a career-high five aces and three assists at No. 13 UC San Diego (Apr. 3) ... hit a season-high .500 with four kills on six attacks against No. 1 Hawai'i (Apr. 9).
CSUN - 2020Â (Redshirt Sophomore)
DeWeese appeared in 11 matches and 33 sets as a redshirt sophomore ... tied for fifth on the Matadors with five aces, averaging 0.15 aces per set ... also had five kills (.000) on 17 attacks ... posted four digs while averaging 0.12 digs per set ... all five kills came against Menlo College (Jan. 24) ... served a pair of aces against both Menlo and Cal Lutheran (Jan. 25) and had one ace against USC (Jan. 31) ... added three digs against Menlo College (Jan. 24).
CSUN - 2019Â (Redshirt Freshman)
DeWeese appeared in 22 matches and 57 sets in his first season on the active roster ... finished sixth on the team with 70 kills, averaging 1.23 kills per set ... hit .156 on a total of 180 attacks ... finished third on the Matadors with 22 aces (0.39 saps) and also had 37 digs (0.65 dps) and 13 blocks (0.23 bps) ... put down a season-high 19 kills while hitting .286 on a season-high 42 swings against No. 3 UC Santa Barbara (Mar. 30) ... also posted a season-high 19 digs against the Gauchos for his first career double-double ... notched his first career kill while also serving a season-high four aces in CSUN's 3-2 win over Harvard (Jan. 4).
