Ittner appeared in 11 matches and 45 sets as a redshirt sophomore ... started the first 11 matches of the season at setter ... led the Matadors with 442 assists and ranked fifth in the Big West averaging 9.82 assists per set ... has 1,434 career assists in two seasons which ranks seventh in CSUN’s Rally Scoring era ... also ranked second on the team with 72 digs while averaging 1.60 digs per set ... now has 241 career digs (1.64 dps) ... added 18 kills on .390 hitting from the setter spot ... had a career-high 66 assists along with a career-high six blocks against Concordia-Irvine (Jan. 10) ... posted a double-double of 46 assists and 13 digs in the season-opener against McKendree (Jan. 9) ... had 53 assists and eight digs in a 3-2 loss to USC (Jan. 31) ... notched a career-high six kills on 11 attacks to hit .455 in the Matadors' 3-0 win over Cal Lutheran (Jan. 25) ... was one of four Matadors named to the 2020 Big West All-Academic Team.

Ittner started in all 27 matches, appearing in 102 sets in his first season on the active roster ... was named to the Big West Conference All-Freshman Team and was named to the 2019 Off the Block Freshman All-America Team ... was a three-time Big West Freshman of the Week selection (Apr. 15, Jan. 21, Jan. 14) ... finished the season with a team-high 992 assists, averaging 9.73 assists per set, which ranked fourth in the Big West and 16th nationally ... placed second on the Matadors with 169 digs (1.66 dps), third with 47 blocks (0.46 bps) and fifth with 18 aces (0.18 saps) ... also led CSUN with three double-doubles on the season ... posted 48 assists, three aces and eight digs in his collegiate debut against No. 12 Concordia-Irvine (Jan. 3) ... recorded a season-high 62 assists in CSUN's 3-2 win over No. 8 UC Irvine (Apr. 5) ... had 51 assists and a season-high 15 digs at No. 8 UC Irvine (Apr. 6) ... also had double-doubles against Lindenwood (31 assists-12 digs) and UC San Diego (45 assists-10 digs) ... served a season-high five aces in the Matadors' 3-0 win at Cal Lutheran (Feb. 15) ... was one of five Matadors named to the 2019 Big West All-Academic Team.

Ittner competed in volleyball and basketball at Placer High School in Auburn, Calif. ... was a four-year varsity letter winner for the Hillmen volleyball team as a setter ... was also a two-time team captain ... earned first team All-Pioneer Valley League honors as well as team MVP honors ... the Hillmen won league championships in 2015 and 2016 ... was named to the All-Tournament Teams at both the Granite Bay and Placer Tournaments ... was a forward on the basketball team for two seasons ... graduated in 2017.

Born in Auburn, Calif. ... parents are Dana and Randy Ittner... has one sister, Maddison who competes for the CSUN track & field squad ... his father was an All-American in volleyball at UC Santa Barbara ... favorites include the Los Angeles Clippers, USA Volleyball setter Micah Christenson, the TV show "Doctor Who" and the movie "Saving Private Ryan" ... says he chose CSUN because of "the campus and coaching staff" ... says the best thing about being an athlete is "the brotherhood" ... major is mechanical engineering.
