2019 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 30 games primarily as a pinch-runner…stole two bases in three attempts…scored one run…struck out in only plate appearance of the season at San José State Mar. 9.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Paraclete High School…participated in both softball and track…helped softball team to a 2015 CIF Championship…moved to fifth in school history in the hurdles during the 2017 season…track team won Gold Coast League titles in 2017 and 2018.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Glenn and Belle Johnson…a tourism, hospitality, and recreation management major…sister Kailin plays softball at Adams State (Colo.)…favorites include the Washington Redskins, Sis Bates, Dave France, Shameless, Clueless, salad, and Blackbear…the best athlete she has played is Rachel Garcia…the best advice she has been given is “procrastination kills”…her greatest hero is her day who works so hard for everything her family has.
