ACCORDING TO HEAD COACH JUSTIN JOHNSON
"We had some solid performances from both teams today. You can see that the team worked hard over the summer. The women did a great job running together and pushing each other.
We made a few mistakes on the men's side, but our fitness and strength helped us perform well. Cal Poly put together a great course, and we look forward to returning in six weeks for the Big West Championship. We will start our recovery process today as we prepare for the next competition in two weeks and UC Riverside."
