2011 (R-SENIOR): Played in 13 matches...took 32 shots, the third most on the team...13 shots were on goal...was 2-for-2 in penalty kick...scored two goals for a total of four points.
2010 (R-JUNIOR): Served as a team captain…competed in 17 out of 19 matches…scored two goals on the season, which tied for second on the team…led the team with six assists and 10 points…took the most shots of any member of the squad (49) and also tallied the most shots on goal (26)…finished tied for third in the conference in shots and assists, fourth in shots per game (2.88) and tied for third in assists per game (0.35).

2009 (R-SOPHOMORE): Competed in every game throughout the season…earned a game winning assist vs. SMU at the Prego Italian Express Tournament (Sept. 20)…finished the '09 campaign with the third-highest number of shots taken with 28, 13 shots on goal.

2008 (REDSHIRT): Suffered a season-ending injury in the first match of the season against Georgetown (Aug. 29) and redshirted the rest of the season.

2007 (FRESHMAN): Named second team All-Conference…started 14 of the 17 matches he played, including his first 14 collegiate contests…each of his two goals went as game winners, at UNLV (Sept. 16) and against Cal St. Fullerton (Oct. 24)…both goals were scored in 1-0 wins…also had two assists…Northridge was 4-0 when he scored a point…six of his 16 shots were on goal…played every minute of the match on five occasions.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Canoga Park High School…played in the midfield as captain for the Hunters in 2006, leading the team to a 24-0-1 record and a state championship…garnered All-Area Player of the Year and Sunset Six League MVP honors.

PERSONAL: Son of Rafael and Elvira Garcia…favorites include the movie "40-Year Old Virgin," Denzel Washington, pizza, Mandy Moore, and YouTube.com…roots for Barcelona F.C. and the L.A. Lakers…has wanted to attend CSUN since he was 11…likes to watch movies when he has time to relax…one person in history he would most like to meet is Pele…would buy a house with a million dollars…advice to young people is "stay focused"…heroes are his parents and he likes to spend as much time with his family, especially his nephew Andrew.
