2010 (FRESHMAN): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the CSUN program.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Chaparral High School…played four years of soccer for the Wolverines as a forward and midfielder...named High Scoring MVP after his freshman, junior and senior campaigns, and was also named first team All-League following his senior season...a member of the Spanish Honors Society and graduated with a 3.4 GPA.
PERSONAL: Son of Caroline and Marco Perez...has one brother, Dallin, and two sisters, Jessica and Alyssa...he lists Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo, actors Gerard Butler and Scarlett Johansson, Il Divo and Michael Jackson among his favorites...chose CSUN because of the soccer program...likes to play guitar, sing and watch movies when he has time to relax...would like to have dinner with Pele and Ronaldinho if he could...would buy a private island and an ICEE machine if he had a million dollars...his advice to young people is “life is a game, soccer is serious.”
