Autumn Russell played in all 18 of CSUN's matches in her first season with the Matadors ... paired with Kristey Markle for 16 matches, finishing the season with a 6-10 record ... also played two matches at No. 3 with Aeryn Owens, finishing 1-1 ... With Markle, finished 2-2 in four matches playing at No. 3 and were 4-8 in 12 matches at No. 4 ... had CSUN's lone win at No. 3 in the season opener at Concordia-Irvine and also beat Sacramento State, CSU Bakersfield, Cal State LA and Arizona State.

Russell played basketball at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, Calif. ... was a 2016 All-Western State Conference honoree as a center for the Cougars ... averaged 11.3 points and 11.0 rebounds per game which led the team in both categories ... was a starter and team captain for coach Ron Barba.

Russell played one season of indoor volleyball at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, Calif. ... was an all-conference opposite for coach Nabil Mardini.
