CSUN - 2017 (Junior)
Nickeisha Williams played in all 18 matches for the Matadors in her first season of beach volleyball at CSUN ... played with Maddie Leiphardt in 17 matches and with Cassidy Rosso once ... earned second team All-Big West honors with Leiphardt ... posted a 9-8 record playing with Leiphardt at No. 2 and was 0-1 with Rosso at No. 5 ... tied for the most wins on the team with Owens/Indermill ... won five of their fist six matches of the season at No. 2 including wins over Loyola Marymount, Stanford and California.
EL CAMINO COLLEGE
Williams spent two seasons (2014-16) at El Camino College in Torrance, CA ... played both indoor and beach volleyball for coach Le Valley Pattison ... earned All-State honors as an outside hitter in 2015 and was the South Coast Conference MVP ... also earned first team All-South Coast Conference accolades in 2014 ... the Warriors won the conference championship in 2015.
NARBONNE HIGH SCHOOL
Williams lettered all four years in volleyball at Narbonne High School in Harbor City, CA ... played outside hitter for coach Sophia Ahumada ... was named first team All-City as well as earning the Coaches Award ... earned Manne League Most Valuable Player honors for the Gauchos who won league championships all four years (2010-13) ... also played basketball for the Gauchos in 2012 ... earned honor roll accolades ... graduated in 2014 with a 3.6 grade point average.

Born January 30, 1996 in Jamaica ... mother is Ophelia Lawrence and stepfather is Michael Powel ... has three sisters, Sandrene, Abigail and Olivia ... favorites include the USA Volleyball Team, the TV show "How I Met Your Mother" and the movie "God's Not Dead" ... says the best thing about being an athlete is "you get to meet a lot of people and travel everywhere" ... plans on majoring in Kinesiology.
