2014 (SENIOR)
OUTDOOR: Concentrated on the javelin...entered five events with a season best coming at the Cal State LA Twilight Open (113-4)...was second at the Fresno State Bulldog Invitational (110-9)...placed fourth at the USC Trojan Invitational Mar. 16 (109-7).
INDOOR: Did not compete.Â
2013 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Qualified for the Big West heptathlon for the third time but did not complete the competition...posted a heptathlon season-best 3927 points at the season-opening Northridge Invitational (Mar. 14-15)...tossed a season-best 117-10 to finish sixth in the javelin at the adidas/Steve Scott Invitational (Apr. 28).
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2012 (SOPHOMORE)
OUTDOOR: Finished ninth in the heptathlon after scoring a career best 4512 points...posted season bests in four events including the 100m hurdles (:15.82), high jump (4-11), long jump (17-1 1/4)and javelin (125-5)...her javelin throw was CSUN's top mark of the season and is the fifth best effort in Matador history...placed 12th in the Big West in the javelin with a best of 113-7 and also tied for 14th in the long jump with a top leap of 16-7.
INDOOR: Posted a season-best total of 3032 points in the pentathlon at the Jackson's Invitational (Jan. 29)...set season bests in the 60m hurdles (:9.79), high jump (4-8 3/4) and long jump (16-6) at the same meet.
2011 (FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR: Finished 12th in the heptathlon at the Big West Championship...scored a season best 3491 points at the conference championship which is fourth in Matador freshman history...posted season-bests of :16.74 in the 110m hurdles, 5-0 1/2 in the high jump and 16-8 1/4 in the long jump during the conference multi-events...finished eighth in the javelin with a season-best 118-8 to help the Matador women to their sixth straight conference championship...her javelin mark ranks fourth in the CSUN freshman record books.
INDOOR: Scored an indoor season-best 2725 points in the pentathlon at the Boise State Team Challenge (Feb. 11)...which included indoor season-bests of 15-9 3/4 in he long jump, :10.55 in the 60m hurdles and 2:43.23 in the 800m...cleared a season-best 4-10 1/4 in the high jump at the UW Invitational (Jan. 29).
HIGH SCHOOL:Â Â A 2010 graduate of South Salem High School...Competed in track & field, volleyball and basketball...earned second-place in the state in the long jump and was also named All-Region, most inspirational, team MVP and District Champion...also competed in the triple jump, high jump, hurdles and heptathlon for the Saxons track team...earned second team All-League honors in volleyball playing for coach Peter Piexoto, a former men's volleyball player at CSUN...graduate with a 3.7 grade point average.
PERSONAL:Â Daughter of Anne Marie and Scott DuFault...major is marketing/public relations...has two brothers, Zachary and Jake...her father played football and competed in wrestling at Stanford and mom attended Oregon State...brother Zachary attends Western Oregon...favorites include the Cincinnati Bengals and Dallas Cowboys, quarterback Brett Favre, the TV show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and the movies "The Hangover" and "Step Brothers"...favorite website is Facebook...says "becoming an All-American"would be her greatest sports moment...drinks fierce purple Gatorade as a pre-meet ritual...says no one know how much she"loves country music."
