2009 (FRESHMAN): Made three starts for Northridge in singles action during rookie season, finishing 0-3...also appeared in two doubles matches, going 0-2...made first career start against Arizona State on Feb. 6...played singles at No. 5 and No. 6 draw.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2008 graduate of Hamilton High School...played three years of tennis for the Yankees...also played a year of soccer...graduated with a 3.5 GPA.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Kathleen DeRooy and Mocef Massi...majoring in finance...favorites include Manchester United F.C., actresses Keira Knightly and Charlize Theron and the television show "One Tree Hill"...heads to the beach when she has time to relax...would cast Natalie Portman to portray her in a movie about her life...cannot imagine going a week without music.
