2011 (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the CSUN program.
2010 (SOPHOMORE)
OUTDOOR: Qualified for her first Big West Championship in the pole vault...cleared a height of 10-11 to finish tied for 15th...matched her career-best with a vault of 11-1 3/4 at the Steve Scott Invitational (May 2) where she placed 10th.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2009 (FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR: Cleared an outdoor season-best 11-1 3/4 in the pole vault at the Tommie "Tiny" Lister Classic at Cal State LA (Apr. 25)...her height ties for the 10th-best mark in Matador outdoor history and is fourth on the Freshman career list.
INDOOR: Qualified for the MPSF Indoor Championships but no-heighted in the final.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2008 graduate of Granite Hills High School in El Cajon, Calif...competed in both track and volleyball...a three-time first team All-Grassmont South League selection as a pole vaulter for the Eagles track team...the track team won the league championship in 2007...graduated with a 4.2 grade point average.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Juanita and James Hamilton...stepmother is Diane Hamilton...major is Health Education...has four brothers, Darren, Chris, Josh and Anthony...favorites include the Denver Broncos and former QB John Elway, the TV show "Sex and the City" and the movie "Patch Adams"...once met The All-American Rejects...says her sport could be improved by "making the bar electronic so it wouldn't have to be put up after each miss."Â
