NORTHRIDGE, Calif.—The CSUN Men's and Women's Track and Field teams won seven times on the final day of the CSUN Invitational Saturday afternoon at the Matador Track & Field Complex.

"We are on the cusp of doing some great things, but we need to work out some kinks. We came out today, did what we needed to do, and gave the home crowd a good showing. We want to thank all of the fans that came out and supported us."

NORTHRIDGE, Calif.—The CSUN Men's and Women's Track and Field teams won seven times on the final day of the CSUN Invitational Saturday afternoon at the Matador Track & Field Complex.

For the CSUN women;
- Yanla Ndjip-Nyemeck took home her second individual victory of the weekend when she won the 100m hurdles in a time of :13.73.
- Earlier on Saturday, Ndjip-Nyemeck ran the second leg of the CSUN 4x100m relay was victorious as the team went :46.50. Joining her on the relay were Arianna Alexander, Kaliyah Poston, and Raeshell Austin .
- Alexander won the 100m in a personal best time of :11.76.
- Chris Pitts posted his second 400m victory of the season as he ran :47.25 for the win.
- Quinn Garity won the 1500m in a time of 3:55.26.Â
- Ahmed Mohamed, was the triple jump winner after going 46-2 3/4.
- Isaiah Rucker took the top honor in the high jump as he posted a leap of 6-6 3/4. He came back to finish second in the triple jump with a career-best 44-8.

- Brianna Kelpis, finished second in the Javelin with a toss of 135-3. Her performance is the 10th best in school history. She came back with a personal best in the shot, 40-2 1/4 to place second later in the meet.
