2013 (SENIOR)
OUTDOOR: Placed third in the hammer throw (183-1) and sixth in the shot put (52-2 3/4) at the Big West Championships...advanced to the NCAA West Regional in the shot and finished 27th in the preliminaries (54-10 1/4)...placed second in the shot (55-10 1/4) and 12th in the hammer (173-8) at Stanford Invitational...was third in the hammer (172-10) and fifth (53-11 1/4) at the Texas Invitational...won the shot (53-2 1/4) and was second in the discus (149-0) at the Pasadena Games...was second in the shot (54-1 3/4), second in the hammer (181-9), and seventh in the discus (149-6) to open the year during the Northridge Invitational...named Academic All-Conference.
INDOOR: Placed sixth in the shot put (54-10 1/4) at the MPSF Championships...recorded a career best in the weight throw at the MPSF's (53-9) to come in 11th...finished second in the shot at both the NYU Team Challenge and the Texas A&M Invitational...was second in the weight throw at the NYU Team Challenge...named Academic All-MPSF.
2012 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Earned his first trip to the NCAA Regional in the shot put, placing 24th out of 48 competitors with a best throw of 57-0...finished fourth in the shot put at the Big West Championships with a top mark of 57-0 1/4 which was a season best...finished second at the Big West championships in the hammer with a season-best of 190-3...placed 14th in the discus at 147-2 at the Big West Championships...season best in the discus was 164-0 at the Steve Scott Invitational (Apr. 29).
INDOOR: Finished eighth in the shot put (53-8 3/4) at the MPSF Championships...was fifth in the shot at the Boise State Team Challenge (48-10 3/4)...placed fifth in the shot (49-8 1/2) and eighth in the weight throw (51-11 1/4) at the Jackson Invitational...was fifth in the shot (53-7 3/4) and 10th in the weight throw (49-9 3/4) at the Great Dane Classic.
PRIOR TO CSUN: A member of the track and field team at Modesto Junior College from 2010-11...is fifth in school history in the shot (54-1 1/2) and ninth in the hammer throw (182-8)...both marks were recorded during the 2011 season.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Bret Harte High School.
