Complete 2023-24 Big West Commissioner's Honor Roll
NORTHRIDGE, Calif.---A total of 245 CSUN student-athletes were named to the 2023-24 Big West Commissioner's Honor Roll, the conference office announced on Wednesday. All 17 of CSUN's Big West sponsored sports were represented on the honor roll.
For a student-athlete to be named to the honor roll, they must be on a team roster in a Big West-sponsored sport and were eligible for competition. There are three categories on the list based on GPA: Honor Roll (3.00-3.20), With Honors (3.21-3.50) and Highest Honors (3.51-4.00). The Faculty Athletics Representatives (FAR) of each of the 11 institutions submitted their lists to the conference office.
CSUN had a total of 140 student-athletes receive Highest Honors followed by 70 earning With Honors and another 30 collecting Honor Roll distinction. The 245 Matadors on the 2023-24 Big West Commissioner's Honor Roll, eclipses last year's total of 183. In The Big West, CSUN had the fourth-most student-athletes on the honor roll this year.
